Returns

You may return your un-worn piece of jewellery and obtain a full refund (excluding postage) within 14 days of placing your order providing the jewellery is un-worn and in its original packaging.

  • We will not refund or accept returns or exchanges of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • We will not refund or accept returns or exchanges on all sale items.
