Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days for non custom products. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders for Custom Products will be Shipped 24 to 72 hours after order processing, we will be sending you email updates during every step of our process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes and duties for international orders will be calculated by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after order processing):

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Delays caused by customs are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

We cannot make changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, BonBon is not liable for:

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
